PMAY - U ( Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Urban) :-

  • Aim - to provide housing for all in urban areas by 2022

Ayushman Bharat - Pradhan Mantri Jan Arista Yojana (PM - JAY) :-

  • Aim- to provide Rs 5 lakh medical support per family to the poor families

  • Aim - to provide financial support of Rs 3000 per month after attaining age of 60years to the workers of unorganised sectors whose monthly income is less than Rs 15000 by contributing Rs 100 Monthly

Loans are classified as follows

▪️Tarun 5 to 10 Lakhs


Refinance agency - MUDRA (Micro Unit Development Refinance Agency) Subsidiary of SIDBI

Key Features-

▪️Loans can be extended by Public sectors banks, Private sector bank, RRB, Small Finance Banks, NBFC, foreign Banks etc 

▪️State level monitoring through SLBC (State Level Bankers Committee) and at national level , it is by Department of Financial Service

▪️Borrowers can get loans online through udaymitra portal

▪️100% subsidiary of SIDBI

▪️Authorised Capital 1000 cr, paid up capital 750 cr
